This class blends yoga poses, functional movement, and slow flow sequences to build muscle, bone strength, balance and flexibility. We use 1-2 lb weights and resistance bands.

Focus on alignment, flexibility and relaxation. Some stretching, movement and breath work to help de-stress and unwind. 

Sunday Self-Care Yoga Workshop - Sep 28, Oct 19, Nov 16 @ 3 - 4:30pm LGS

Make time to reconnect to your inner self and enjoy the benefits of a calming practice with guided self massage and end with a sweet surrender of sound bath (9/28), myofascial ball release (10/19) and essential oils reset (11/16).
