Enjoy gentle, flowing movements to warm up the body, followed by slower-paced stretches designed to build strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness. You'll move through a variety of standing, seated, and lying-down poses

This class blends yoga poses, functional movement, and slow flow sequences to build muscle, bone strength, balance and flexibility. We use 1-2 lb weights and resistance bands.

Relax into a deeply restorative experience combining crystal singing bowls with a gentle guided chakra meditation. Sound vibrations help balance your energy centers while calming the mind and body. No experience needed—just come, lie down, and receive.

Practice from a chair or mat or both. Boost energy, reduce stress, improve flexibility and balance. Emphasize on functional movements that build muscles and enhance joint stability.

Rather than striving for performance or flexibility, this class is about slowing down, listening inward, and learning simple self-care practices you can return to whenever you need a reset. We’ll end with a short meditaiton to support healthy energy flow.
