Los Gatos-Saratoga Recreation
Enjoy gentle, flowing movements to warm up the body, followed by slower-paced stretches designed to build strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness. You'll move through a variety of standing, seated, and lying-down poses
Gentle Yoga with Weights - Thur @ 9:30am
This class blends yoga poses, functional movement, and slow flow sequences to build muscle, bone strength, balance and flexibility. We use 1-2 lb weights and resistance bands.
Chair Yoga for Students over 50 - Monday @ 9:30am
A welcoming and accessible class designed for students with limited mobility
Restorative Yoga Workshop - Sunday @ 3pm
Recharge and restore with a blend of restorative yin yoga, sound baths, aromatherapy, yoga massage ball and gua-sha techniques to re-balance, unwind and release tension.
Sound Bath Meditation
Come experience the soothing power of crystal sound. Through gentle vibration, meditation, and simple breathing techniques, we’ll release tension in the body and invite calm to the mind. This class does not include yoga and is open to everyone, especially those seeking relaxation and inner ease.
