Enjoy gentle, flowing movements to warm up the body, followed by slower-paced stretches designed to build strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness. You'll move through a variety of standing, seated, and lying-down poses
Gentle Yoga with Weights - Thur @ 9:30am at Los Gatos Saratoga Recreation
This class blends yoga poses, functional movement, and slow flow sequences to build muscle, bone strength, balance and flexibility. We use 1-2 lb weights and resistance bands.
Gentle Yoga - Wednesday @9:45am at Central YMCA
Focus on alignment, flexibility and relaxation. Some stretching, movement and breath work to help de-stress and unwind.
