Angela Liu is the best yoga teacher I've ever had in my life and I've been to many yoga classes in my life. I walked into her class with a bone-on-bone painful ankle problem along with very bad knees. Now, I'm walking without a cane and I can lift my feet high. All thanks to Angela. My Orthopedic doctor cannot believe my improvement and he said Angela's yoga classes prove to be more successful than physical therapy! He told me to keep going to her classes.
She has a gentle approach and initiates new techniques every time we have a class. Her classes are never dull or boring; in fact time flies by because she makes you so engaged in the experience and exercises.
I'm always so grateful to her because her teaching have improved my life tremendously.
I recommend her classes very highly. No one has been able to help me except Angela; she's heaven sent and the best yoga teacher you can ever find anywhere.

I feel fortunate to have Angela as my yoga instructor. Her classes are a very gentle flow of poses with short breaks between them to allow muscles to relax. Angela is always encouraging, observant, and helpful. She suggests milder options for poses which may be challenging for some students. Angela is compassionate, knowledgeable and considerate. Her classes are sometimes challenging and always engaging with wellness at the forefront.
